SIM cards "Non Orderable"?!

HfxBlueRep

Anyone getting the error "Non Orderable" when they try to order a customer a SIM card (on the blue side)? I have asked a few reps about this, and no one is sure if it means we're completely depleted our stock, on backorder, or if it's some weird system error.
I'm not really sure what to tell customers because I myself don't know what's happening here! I have to tell them "I'm sorry, but we seem to be out of stock of SIM cards, can you check back in a week or so to see if we have more, or possibly try and order one online?"
I had an escalation over this, but no one seems to know what's happening. It seems like everyday we are given less and less to work with.

It probably is a system error. Yesterday I couldn't see customers' bill using the GLUT and heard another rep her Siebel login had been revoked.

You'll probably continue to experience system errors as accounts are converted from Siebel to Telegence system.

The problem is Many people do not realize is SIM card ordering is supposed to follow the blue to blue upgrade policy. Many supervisors and res people just do not know this. many do not. check out sim card ordering in primus. It will shock you. Now since they have the new blue to blue upgrade program sim cards may have to go to them as well.

did ATTWS ever use 64k sim cards? and where are you located GSM? I'd like a sim card for backup purposes.

This is because SIM Cards since the blue to blue upgrade policy was the same policy. Just many supervisors and reps and res people ignored it or just did not realize and thought it was not a big deal. But the policy was the exact the same.

May been but Not sure if the policies changed I left blue care for XBM, but the policy was there, but apparently in hot topics you have to do something different to order it. Not sure what just know of a hot topic in ccnet.
