i was on hold for 63 min 47 sec with still no one answering my call to reset. called dm and was told everyone in mkt 7 is down to call credit/act. tried this but after 37 min 6 sec on hold my customers have left. too bad, a cingular store would be a great place to sell cingular phones!

still nos pos. i love it when things are done to "upgrade" pos on fridays and saturdays. 😕 i mean these are by far our least busy days. 😲 i wonder what genius thinks it shouldn't be done on sundays since it would interfere with business? realitlity check for this person 🙄 i suppose i will have to inform my dm that we are sending people up the street to verizon today. honestly i have sent 2, but only because i am irate that i have lost 11 sales so far and i still have 7 1/2 hrs left of my shift.

Pos passwords have been a source of frustration for a long time now already.

The requirements it tells you when you have to change your password don't actually apply. You can type something in that meets it, then it pops up with criteria that you didn't know existed.

Maybe they're finally fixing all the retarded issues?
