talk bout a power trip
just had a customer, had a little bit of misinfo " according to them" even though the events clearly noted they were informed gave the benifit of the doubt and made cust happy gave them a half crdt for 40 soe bucks, i asked at the end of the call the closing call curvey cust gave me a 3 becasue they feel that i coulda have given the full crdt, and becasue his son had jsut burnt supper..

oh yah than i asked how i could better my service for the future he said " no you have been nothing but wonderful you gave me a crdt"
and i was like ill jsut re ask the number he gave me so i was like oh ok so a 3... he said YES you earned it...
we must really hae PO"D him off or he is on something
...
i would lean to being on something
...
Maybe he just misunderstood the scoring system and thought that giving you a 3 was really good . . . π

Or maybe he was on something...Acid maybe.... π³

we dont have to do those surveys...

yes.... i understand you hate cingular, our policies, board of directors, π and our logo, but based on a scale of 1 -10, with 10 being the highest, can you rate my customer service skills today so i (we) dont lose my job? π

I am glad they donβt do that in the sales dep, those customers just wanting information might hurt my feelings. π’
