Need Help with someone with Customer Service

I placed an online order for 4 refurbished Nokia 3120 phones, got a order number and a response that my phone order was being processed. This was on 7/11/05. Everythings fine so far.

Today I recieve an email that how should I put this, goes like this:

Thank you for choosing Cingular Wireless.

Unfortunately, either we have not heard from you in several days, or you have chosen to cancel your order. In either case, this e-mail confirms your order cancellation.

If you believe you received this message in error, please resubmit your order on Cingular.com, or visit a local Cingular Wireless retail store. Go to http://www.cingular.com/buy/store_locator to find a store near you

Um??? You just answered your own question? I just checked the refurb 3120 price online. It's FREE. Most often this usually happens because we are out of stock. Now I do realize this is a horrid order policy of just cancelling orders like that if we are out of stock, but I believe Cingular is right in doing so, because we would probably get more complaints if we just held their order till we g...

Im ordering for prepaid. I dont want them to be free I had an order for 29.99 per phone. Beautifully my order got cancelled. They want me to reorder but now the price has changed to 39.99 per phone.

Thats just bad practice and I need to speak to someone who can get me my order back at the agreed upon price.

If that order was placed through Cingular.com, you could talk to our E-store support department.

That's odd, I know the prices on five phones in my market went up $10 yesterday, but the 3120 wasn't one of them.

I think the online sales group would be the only one who could help you, but I just double checked and I don't have their number.

first off, if you ever order something, and it cancelled for whatever reason, and u go to reorder it and its more expensive, you can call web orders at 1-877-391-0749 and they can replace that order since its not your fault the phone was backordered or whatever the case may be, at the same time though would u have complained if you came and say the phone were 10 cheaper?

If I had bought the phones at a price that I had agreed upon. No I would NOT complain, cause at that price I would have been happy.

Thanks guys, Im currently timing it and have been placed on hold. They are handing me BS about security reasons, telling me that I will have to go a Corp store. As the E store can't se...
