Voice Mail Indicator.

The Voice Mail Indicator on my phone (T637) comes up very late, sometimes a day later. Has anyone had this problem? and how do I fix it?

I have had that problem before, and usually it can be fixed. You would have to call us for some troubleshooting/test calling from a landline with your phone in hand-
call 1-800-888-7600 or if you're a business cust 1-800-999-5445.

step 1- power your phone off, remove battery and sim card and replace. leave a test message. if that doesn't work step 2 you would have to call us.

step 2- we would get you to have your phone turned off and we would process a (sub-inactive) which resets your connection to the nearest tower. if you develop a stale connection with a tower you may get a delayed VM indicator. if this doesn't work ...

step 3- remove and re add the voicemail feature- this would cause you to lose any saved or unheard vm messa...
