Depends on what is more important to you. The Treo 650 is a great PDA it has edge for faster web browsing but you can not have two applications open at once. The best PDA phone combination is probly the Siemens sx66. The best value price wise PDA is the Audiovox 5600.

not too sure which one i sbetter but i would definitaly notr suggest the treo 600. The 650 is fine but the 600 has been known to have a few defects
