network integration - false advertising

Network integration continues to move very quickly well somewhat quickly. In areas where both AT&T wireless and Cingular were both available AT&T is still just a prefered roaming partner. Which means most phones inspite of the 64k sims and ENS are still looking for cingular first. Network integraton will not be complete till the end of 2006.

that is true. it still is looking for cing first.

they are just rolling out each aspect of the integration. although the 64 k sims and ens may not work now, it will, and this is just part of the rollout process.

they are marketing these things first so when it IS complete a lot or most of the people will already have the necessary equipment.

GET OVER IT, no matter what you do your calls will drop, especially in a car.
Maybe a 10 foot antenna on your roof will help.

well i think there might be bars in more places(not more bars)due to being able to access att towers across the u.s.
when before i believe it was only select cities where they had a roaming agreement.
giving us more places, but from my experience not MORE bars.

in our area, they are VERY shortly going to turn down all the "blue" towers EXCEPT for the ones that fill in spots that "orange" doesnt have trong coverage, then those remaining "blue" towers will be re-"named" as orange towers. so ENS will mean nothing around here.
