Cingular? Loves It!!!

i love cingular. its my favorite cell phone company and i wouldnt trade it for anything in the world.

in the past i've had pre/post paid att and prepaid sprint, but i've had cingular since the original matrix came out, remember that matrix nokia slide phone? like the 7160 or something? i remember getting that from cingular. and i've been pleased ever since

cingular doesnt have the best rates (tmobile does by a long shot) but thats ok, cingular has more bars in most places...Cingular has the coolest looking website lol its very appealing and user-friendly.

they also get all the coolest phones. and in my opinion has a better selection than most. It gives out better media content than other carriers i think.

its lasted since the first matrix movie came out....i honestly can't see myself with another carrier

i got a tmobile sidekick with a calling plan and i am all like "wheres the rollover?" lol

I think that roll over is the biggest gimmick Ive ever seen....If you dont use all your minutes in a month there is a chance that your on the wrong plan and spending to much. If we're only talking 30 or 40 minutes then no your no the right plan but Ive seen people who have like 1200 minutes with ENW and they use like an hour of talk time all month. SO maybe everyone should look at their plan and find out if the plan your on works for you...you'll save money every month if you not on the right plan and I bet you become happier and stay longer meaning a larger profit for cingular overa longer peroid of time

I COMPLETLY agree!!! Finally somebody else feels the same way I do about "rollover" its a gimmick! ๐Ÿ™‚

It varies from person to person.... There are some people who come in my store and without it their bills would be outrageous sometimes.

yes and its a big one thanks!!! ๐Ÿ˜ how many more bad quarters getting beat up by Verizon will it take for you to see the light??? Please let me know so I know when to expect you to put your foot back in your mouth!! no matter how much your company is going downhill you still seem to have some belief that they are the best, that my friend truly is amazing WAKE UP.. Back to date with Verizon guy at least he can hear me wiithout sssstttttattttiiiicccc hahaha LOSER!!!

Maverick I've read so many posts of your miserable attempts to glorify verizon yet you fail to back it up with any form of credible evidence.

You said that Verizon beat Cingular in customer Churn but have you actually investigated why? If you had really invetigated you would notice that the majority of the churn on cingulars part is phantom churn because there were millions of customers in devisted markets that were illegal to migrate to cingular. Their only choice was to cancel attw and sign up with Cingular bringing up our churn numbers.

Your idea of CDMA going to be the future is so damn laughable, CDMA is still a 2G technology and guess what? 2G technology is old and unable to compete with the high data transfers required in toda...

no actually that 7160 you are referring to was never actually in a Matrix movie, it just RESEMBLED it. Volvo is correct

yes i know. it was in the same line of designs 71 series nokias. but that phone the 7160 came out same time as the one from the matrix and was the closest thing in america you could get to it. i just call it the american matrix phone lol cuz i couldnt get the one used in the movie as it was only available in like asia or something

Well it is nice to see a CUSTOMER express their gratitude. Maybe some of these care reps who like to sh!t on customers will finally see there ARE some good ones that DON'T give them a hard time and DO appreciate them when they help us out. Sometimes I get really pissed off when those reps talk bad about the customers. I am a customer who likes Cingular and I don't "ask for the world for free" like others do and I am ALWAYS nice on the phone and HAVEN'T had a rude rep at all. So there! ๐Ÿ˜›

ok, well all I can say is you are in the minority , I REALLY do appreciate customers like you, honestly I do, keep up the good work because when somebody is nice it is in the minority and we would gladly go out of our way to help people like you out, good job
