Features not showing on website

Given the rocky start I had in getting service setup with Cingular, I'm a bit paranoid about what is actually "on record" as being setup for me. I went to the website, logged in, and viewed the account information for my plan. We are on the "1100 minute Family Time" plan as of April 27th. I've noticed two features missing from the plan and I'm not sure if I should be concerned or if it's normal that these don't show on the web. The features are Unlimited Mobile to Mobile and a 50 message SMS plan for one of the phones. Neither of these show up under the "Current Features" and they both show up under the "Available Features" with prices for each. Is this normal?

Seems odd to not list the purchased feature (my 50 count SMS) and the in...

Id your family plan the national or regional since there is 1100 on both versions, and the regional does not come with mobile to mobile, as for the sms, call care and ask them, as for the mobile to mobile ,review the plan with them, also did you do any rate plan changes lately?

If you did and don't renew the contract, then you lose the promotions from the old plan and get placed onto a non promotional version of the plan.

Best all around to call care and ask them

Thanks for the response. It is a national plan (the current 1100 with $9.99 add on lines that they have been advertising) and we just started service on the 27th of last month. In fact, to be very specific the plan is listed as FT9NAT1100RUNW on the site. I've seen others post names of plans that have UMM to designate the Unlimited Mobile to Mobile, but I'm not sure if it's simply implied on the FamilyTime plans or if there was an error when they took the order for the plan (although I would find that bizarre given that all of the Nat FT plans have UMM).

Thanks again for any help you can provide.

Call c/s right now, and they can double check it, or PM me with your number and I might be able to help you... It sounds like they were never added. ☚ī¸

Thanks for the offer, but I ended up calling this morning to have them add it. I confirmed my suspicion by having one of the guys here who is on the same plan, login and check his account. His did list with UMM in the plan name code, so I knew mine was set incorrect. What really burns me up about this is a) None of the 2 year Family plans are offered without UMM, so why would they even come close to entering it this way, and b) when I was finalizing activations and running down the plan features to make sure it was right I specifically asked "This has unlimited mobile to mobile right?" and the response was "Yes, it's part of your plan." This makes me think the person never looked and was giving the "yeah, yeah" to get me off the phone. G...
