Whatever,

Any point of sales distribution can look up your tenative account with att. All we need to do is a social search to find the account with a zero deposit. The check is good for 30 days.

If you want a good deal and some help getting set up, PM me. I can help with things I shouldn't post online. Thanks.

I'd debate that. As an Authorized User using PDCII, a social search does not exist. If I didn't run it, I can't find it.

COR on the other hand..

i too am a dealer employee, and you are correct that POS doesn't have functinality of doing an ssn search.

However if you call CNA, they can look up the tenative BAN, give it to you and you can proceed with activation. This is a work around when customers initiate service with other points of distribution.

You are correct, you can look up a tentative BAN. I would check with your manager regarding whether or not going off a credit check you didn't run would be ok. I wouldn't, just my opinion.

Sort of true. However if a customer in your town talked to telesales and was in your store, you can capture ID in store.

Over come all objections....

i can do that, and i dont want to turn that customer away, but i do want to ensure their security and the security of our other customers...

there's a difference between overcoming objections and ensuring our customer's security

I would argue that it would be more "secure" for a customer to come by your store after initiating a credit check elsewhere.

Telesales and online have no way of capturing ID's like we front facing employees do. The amount of fraud is threefold via online than in store.

So you can still ensure a customers security...
