Just got my Captivate and it randomly returns to the home screen. Seems like the 'home' button is some how intermittently stuck, anyone else experience this?
I'm going to hold onto it for a day or so and see if it works itself out.

Will this happen when you are not interacting with your phone? If so, it sounds like a software glitch.

Otherwise, it could be that you are rubbing/bumping the touch buttons and not realizing it. They are pretty easy to trigger. Try holding your phone differently or with your other hand for a day or two and see if the issue continues.

If it happens while you're using different apps/programs it could just be force closing. The stock browser on my Captivate force closes quite often. Certain websites seem to trigger it more then others.
