Question about prepaid SIM card
Does anyone know whether AT&T will sell a prepaid SIM card to a foreigner visiting the United States that will include data? I've had one rep tell me yes, and another told me no.

Yes and yes.....
ATT does offer a prepaid data card plan that is capped at 5gb.
As for data on pre-paid non smart phone, $19.99 will give you 100mb per month.
