Data call?
Customer is receiving calls every minute and when he picks it up it says data call. What is this and how do I stop it? (stupid CSP)

Hi Shay 😁 Go to CARE > wrench > services and remove WIXC. That is cust data line, if cust does tethering (or however it is spelled) don't remove it.

I sometimes get data calls. I called the number back once and it was a local school distrcit. Another time, it was a cell phone customer, but he didn't answer.

Yup he was from cali and recognized the area code. When you call back it was busy or just rang.
