"T-Mobile ranks highest in wireless customer care performance with an overall score of 777.........AT&T follows in the overall rankings with a score of 757 and performs well among customers who visit retail store locations and among customers who contact their carrier online."

🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄 🙄

Typical AT&T Customer! Doesn't see the bigger picture on how carriers other than AT&T ranked higher in Overall Customer Satisfaction, which by the way, VERIZON WIRELESS DID!

The funnypart about this rankin is that ATT improved most in their actual retail store customer service rankings. Their actual customer service group - the people you call in to talk to - are still ranked as among the worst in the industry, yet their in store performance is substantially better - what gives?

I blame it on outsourcing. On every call I will bend of backwards for someone if its justified and have good rankings but when i get people telling me about collegues and I look in the notes the last rep was from another continent I cringe every time. I get about 3 or 4 calls a day on average thanking me for being an American.

I talked to a rep a few days ago who was obviously somewhere in the orient, when I asked her where she was from she said missouri. I almost laughed! I think its good that at&t has the goal to be the best in JD power rankings but they take a huge step back when they outsource divisions overseas.

Did you have the rep GPS'd or something? I work with a guy named Muhamad, and no customer believes that he really lives in Oregon. You're probably making the same assumption.
