International SMS'ing

How does Cingular fair with International SMS? I need to frequently SMS to Romania. Anyone have any experience or their two cents?

it costs .20 a message,on how well it actually works, no idea, talked to people who text to germany and spain and works ok for them...

I don't have any issues and I text to Greece and Honduras. 😁
