We're glad you are here with us now. Sprint is notorious for having customer service that makes you want to scream and through your Sprint PCS phone at them.
With AT&T, you will get more coverage, more cooler phones, Luke Wilson, and a globe logo instead of some pin-drop feathery looking thing that nobody understands for a logo.

"a globe logo instead of some pin-drop feathery looking thing that nobody understands for a logo."
Nobody?
The logo is a blend of the former Sprint "pin drop" marketing image as well as the colors of Nextel's bright yellow and black logo design with its cellular service level bars that, in past marketing, would get "typed" from a single vertical black line
By all means, trade off a manageable service cost and great 3G speeds for Luke Wilson, a globe logo and outrageous bills, frees up bandwidth for me.

My thoughts is if you are happy with sprint then I'd stay. You typically end up getting more for your dollar with them. That is due partly to the fact that they have been losing customers every year so they have to offer more to keep/gain business. From what I have heard sprint is notorious for billing/CS problems but I haven't experienced this first hand. I know my dad had massive coverage issues and ended up going to t-mobile.
As far as at&t benefits you get larger phone variety, faster 3g speeds, simultaneous voice/data, and less bill problems.
