Question about insurance
Hello all. I was hoping someone could answer a question I have about phone insurance. I have a Samsung Eternity and am needing to get it replaced through the insurance but I don't show this phone on At & T's site, assuming it is no longer sold. In this instance, what phone would At & T replace mine with? Would they try to replace it with a refurbished model? I'm hoping that since the Eternity is no longer available, they do not try to replace it with a refurbished model or a cell phone model that is lower than the Eternity. If anyone could answer this for me I'd be much appreciative, I have never used the insurance before and so am unaware how it works! Thanks!

it will also more than likely be a refurb, and if they don't have that device anymore, they will give you a comparable product, which is not your decision.

Thanks for the reply! Good info, I will go to the website and check it out, although I think it's BS they can give you a refurb phone for a replacement. But as long as it is comparable and new, I'm cool with what they give me. Anyone here by chance have an Eternity that they replaced through insurance recently, after the Eternity was discontinued? I'm not sure how long the Eternity has been discontinued and I'd be curious to see what phone was given to someone who's in my situation. Thanks again!!

if they don't have the eternity, try to see if they can get the mythic for you, its an updated version of the eternity, dont let them sell you the solstice, it doesnt have mobile tv and has a worse camera whereas the mythic is very very similar
