Nov. 18 (Bloomberg) -- AT&T Inc., the largest U.S. phone company, lost its bid to stop a Verizon Wireless advertising campaign that AT&T says unfairly depicts its network coverage.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten said that while the ads, which use maps to compare the companies’ third-generation networks, might be “sneaky” or “clever,” they are “literally true.” AT&T will have another chance to ask the court to prohibit the ads in a Dec. 16 hearing. Batten said AT&T is unlikely to prevail.

AT&T is orange and blue already. Maybe what you meant to say is dark blue. Or navy blue? How about teal or turquoise?

i hate the those adds because if they were true i would never get 3g service and i havn't lost it yet

If you (as your name says) are in Claerwater FL, then your great service is due to us having 3G in the 850Mhz band.

my name doesn't have to do with where i live im actually in texas but accourding to the maps they show i wouldn't have 3g at all and at&t is the dominant carrier in texas as far as i have seen
