Switching to Sprint

I have fallen in love with the HTC HERO from all the videos and pics I have seen. I have heard many bad things and good things about sprint since I have left them about 2 years ago. I switched to AT&T because at the time they were great and i wanted the iPhone but now not so much but I am willing to stay with AT&T. Sprint and AT&T is about the same now, network wise in my area. Would it be a good Idea to switch or should I wait for a AT&T android phone? I also heard one was in line to come out but AT&T canceled the production.

I see that you are phone driven. I would probably give Sprint the old 30 day trial on the Hero. I would suggest keeping your AT&T line during this time. Basically do not port your number...yet. If you decide to stick with them after the 30 days you can then have Sprint port your AT&T number as a telephone number change replacing the existing Sprint number.

You would want to save $50 to $80 per month on you're bill.

Iphone - Unlimited calls, text, data = $150

Sprint - Unlimited calls, text, data = $100

Sprint - 450 min unlimited to all cell phones, unlimited text and data = $70

Phone you would prefer at less than half the monthly cost = priceless.

God have mercy on your soul if you switch to Sprint! Wait until you get the worst customer service in history with Sprint!

Haha, thats to funny because Att's customer service isn't that great either. My husband has been with Att for almost 7 years and has had some horrible experiences. He was once told by a customer service rep that they don't sell cellphones over the phone and that he would have to go in to the store??!!

Everyone will have a bad experience every now and again. None of them are perfect by any means.
