I would go to their website, and there has to be information on how to cancel it. ☹️

what you do is you go into your data package and your e-wallet, like att uses to, and from there you go into subscriptions, click on the ones there, and for each one there, click on unsubscribe.

Their website does not give jack out for info, we got at least on the blue 5-10 per day and the same thing.

This is a good question.

I know someone who wanted to download a ring-tone from such service but wasn't sure about the charges that might be incur.

I read the terms and conditions listed on a magazine but wasn't clear at all. I then told this person to check it on the web site but again there is no specific information about what the charges will be other than $1.99 to $2.99 and four weeks agreement of minimum service???

Can someone shed some light on this service?

Well, we don't have this specific one listed in our content providers, but as a general rule if you text back to the short code with either STOP, END, QUIT, or UNSUSBSCRIBE as the body of the message it will usually end the madness. CANCEL might work as well, but I can't vouch directly as we don't handle this one.

Good luck!

TM them back with STOP in the body of the TM.

That should do it.

I do know that when you first sign up with Dirty Hippo you agree to at least 4 weeks of "service"
