Account Holder Transfer
If my dad is the account holder on my family talk plan, can he call and switch me to the account holder so i can pay the bill, and increase my credit score?

Unfortunately, cell phone contracts do not report to the credit bureaus unless you dont pay your bill.
So in summation, establishing credit with an att account doesnt work.
