AT&T reducing feature payout????
Has anyone heard about AT&T reducing their payout to agents to times 3 instead of times 4 for features < 10 but > 30?

We were told last saturday that the commission structure has indeed changed to X3 from X4. Just another way to screw people out of their money.

AT&T is only laying off wireline employees cuz no one needs those anymore. The wireless aspect of AT&T is holding up the country since partnering with DirecTv. Dishes are terrible.

At&t used to pay dealers 4 times the feature cost to the customer. example unl txt for $20 paid out $80 now it's down to $60. (getting mad just typing this). 👿 But I've worked for other dealers in southern Cal and they told their reps they only got times 3 and based their payout off of that. wonder if they'll tell you its only times 2 now???

Cell Phones Inc is the name of the company. Out of El Cajon California. I only get 75% of the value though. Which means the 30 dollar blackberry blan I get 22.50 once. Sounds like your commission structure is a lot better than mine

I work in Texas and we have been on the 3 times for about 8 months now. Ya it sucks but every company is trying to cut back with the whole economy going down. Also at&t sees its paying people way too much for selling cell phones. Now the 75% feature pay out is pretty good. Yes we get paid out 3 times the feature ex. unlimited family msg at $30 the pay out is $90 but that $90 is only profit to wards my over all monthly profit. I only get paid $20 commission on that so we don't actually get the whole $90. as the years go the commission is only going to go down further. Get used...

Here in North Texas, we still get paid 4X's on features of $9.99 or higher up to $180.
Anything less than $9.99 is 3 times.

We do get 4 x payout on features $9.99 and above. From what I understand of your "net profit" comp system they don't count spiffs towards your compensation since they can change.

Yeah. were in Georgia. Same pay rate, we got paid 4 times, now its down to 3 times. I only ever got paid once. and Well now lets just say i sell a 30 dollar feature, I get paid 15 now. BS.
