Call customer service. It usually means that their system still shows your phone as MMS capable, when its not. The viewmymessage.com message is generated when the system sees that its not an mms capable phone, so it sends that text with the link instead of an mms. If the system shows your phone is mms capable, it will attempt to send the mms - since your iPhone can't recieve them, then that's why you never get the mms or the message with the link.

Its usually an easy fix, they click "NO" instead of "YES" in one of their systems and that will usually fix it.
