Laptop Connect

So are there anyone else having major issues with the 5GB laptop connect plan? I dont understand why they would even take the unlimited plan away, and since they did, I would at least lower the monthy service cost. We have already had customers come in with 1200 dollar bills for overage. I mean we explain, this is NOT Unlimited, Disconnect each time you are done! But you know how that goes, so if anyone knows...are they ever going to bring the Unlimited Data Connect back?

It was never unlimited data. There was always a small print that it was up to 5 GB's, although they labeled it "Unlimited". Currently, no carrier has unlimited.

Heres something yall don't know.

Verizon is looking into keeping the Unlimited Data with no cut off.

AND adding My Circle to everyones plans, even current Verizon Plans.

Why? Because we will be saving lots of money from Roaming, and will gain lots of money from Roaming from CDMA and GSM.

GSM? Alltels GSM network and Unicel's GSM network.

That's the reason I went with ATT, because the salesman said it was unlimited. And I swear it was. But I looked at my previous bills online and they all said 5GB. Now I'm stuck in the 2 year contract. 😡
I haven't gone over the 5GB limit according to my bill. I wish there was a way of seeing your usage or a warning when your approaching the limit.
Everytime I log into the account via ATT I get the red message "unable to calculate your data usage" or something like that.
