Couple quick questions
I'm on the GSM Nation 600 plan with the OLD media works (1500 txt, unlimited media and 200 mms) with about 300 rollover minutes.
If i downgrade to the Nation 450 will that affect my grandfathered MEdia works plan and also will I lose those rollover minutes?

You will still keep the rollover as long as you stay on a nation plan, otherwise *poof* gone.
As for the media works plan the only way you would lose it if you changed the data package, so on long as its there untouched you are good.
