my g/f has at&t service as well, but when she txt chacha it informed her of a .99 fee for each question...
so at&t promotes chacha and is helping it grow, but is it still a .99 fee for messages? because i never got that charge when i first started using it.

It is not a "service" by any specific carrier. ChaCha has been around for about a year or so as an alternative to Google, MSN, Yahoo, and the other search giants. How it works is instead of a computer directly doing the research for you there is a human doing it. that number is very similar to chachas besides it being more numbers you have to dial and receieve more texts than needed, and chacha is freeeee
