I had a Samsung rep come into my store the day before yesterday, she said that the phone should be out sometime in the middle of next month. It will be rivaling the LG VU... She did not have one but she said she has seen it and it is pretty rad, great features, awesome scree, and great camera. Should be pretty sweet.

yes it does. it feels better and almost as responsive touch as the iphone. the accelorometer is a nice touch. gmail sucks on it but that's at&t's issue, not the samsung.

I beleive that it also has GPS in it too, which is a step up from the VU.

It does have GPS and the OS if freakin awesome. We have a demo at my store and this phone is sick. It has a lot of functions as the iphone like the screen shutting off when on a phone call and you have the phone to your ear also, the scroll function with the bounce. This is a great phone and full INTERNET for only $15 a month. I will be selling a lot of this phone.

Can someone who has the phone (the att employees, who someone lucky enough to already get it) post the spec sheet on the box? Mostly I’d like to know the rated talk and standbye times. Thanks

definitely a geeky question but really the key selling point for my own interest... how well does the National Weather Service site hold up on it, especially compared to your regular PC/laptop... The site is www.nws.noaa.gov... any info would be greatly appreciated.

I just now tried it. The Graphics are somewhat choppy but overall not too bad. Keep in mind that this with the Browser in Full HTML Mode too so the Graphic "somewhat" choppiness is due to the Screensize and possibly the resolution too.

I hope that this helps for what its worth.

i really appreciate the response... i'm a little tossed now between the blackberry bold (which apparently has gotten raive reviews) and the Fuse (Which reviews were not as great but that bad that i wouldn't make the phone an option.) I am more kean on the Fuse because i like dealing with windows better and really haven't had an experience with a blackberry OS before... what do you think?

I think the blackberry OS is much better then windows. I feel that the windows is just like a desktop you have to click two or three different things to get to where you want to go. I compare Blackberry and Windows Mobile to Mac and PC. Blackberry is much more user friendly and very easy to use. There are a lot more short cuts with the Blackberry and they are a lot more customizable. BB has a lot of applications to offer as well... I speak from experience on both OS and like BB much better also my customers like the BB over the Windows...

i appreciate the insight... i guess, especially in terms of that website (www.nws.noaa.gov) where i do most of my web viewing (I have clientel that I email weather forecasts to) i'm just use to using the windows system and haven't use BB OS when it comes to viewing that site.
