LGC1400
i have the L1400 with cingular and the voice ringtones suck. where can i get real voice ringtones for this phone, 3gupload doesnt offer voice for it. i got some from cingular but they sound like ass. i had the VX6000 w/ Verizon and the voice tones sounded really good. could it be the speaker, or is it the ringtones?? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks.

I bought the same phone and had the same problem. It is definetely the phone. LG does not make good GSM phones. You might want to look at getting something else. That's what Im are going to do.

it's the phone...it does not support true .mp3 files, so the quality is not as good. it uses some file with extension .mmf...the quality sucks on them, all the lg's for Cingular use that, and all the samung's so far use that file type. lg phones for Cingular are horrible, in my opinion, lg needs to stick to cdma carriers. Try going with a Nokia or Motorola. If you want some awesome ringtones, go with a Motorola...
