How much are you sales reps making a year, just wondering..?? Working in a call center and all..well...money isnt exactly fantastic, we'll say that. LoL. My fiance just got promoted to a supervisor though and makes over 30k a year now..

But just wondering.. I know ATT inside and out, and just wondering how much all you sales reps out there are making... And is there hourly + commission? Or just commission?

There are a lot of variables. Like, Indirect vs. Direct, what market, management vs sales, and if its indirect, how good their comp structure is. You usually have the potential to make more at an indirect but they also occupy the lower spectrum too depending on their pay scale. If you go into sales make sure you get into a good store and you should do just fine.

depends on the location, All corp locations will make hourly+comm because of the union agreement, but indirect can take it hard up the (_)(_) with no lube. My store is strict comm plus a draw system, which is basically a salary you never really make. I make less than min wage if I only work 40 hours a week and if I work more the lower it goes.

I used to work for an indirect in upstate ny. The pay was $9.00/hr plus commission. Then we got spiffs if you hit 50+ phones over the month, the spiffs were based on Accessory Revenue, Feature revenue, New Activations, Data Devices, etc.

I pretty much hit around 60-70 activations every month and hit all the spiffs except Accessory Revenue (never hit that one, I suck) and I was making around $42k a year.

Hope that helps!

Let's keep this going.
Month of August - 92 phones
$16,500 GP @ 20% = $3300 payout
$13,000 features @ 30% = $3900 payout although I may only see half with the new rules.

Only getting paid the difference of the features. For example, changing media basic $10 to media works $15 you only get $5. I think it started June 1st but my company is always late on changes.
