Wirefly.com Feedback
Has anyone bought phone and service through Wirefly? Are they prompt? They seem to have good deals with rebates, I was wondering if I could trust them.Thanks

I bought a phone through WireFly and I ported from TMobile.
I bought it on a Saturday, the phone was supposed to reach me on Thursday, but guess what, they ported me on Tuesday! So I was without service for two days (even no voicemail)... but I did get my phone eventually and the deal was good. (I heard WireFly/Inphonic does this a lot and its a scheduling problem... I would recommend making your purchase on a Monday/Tuesday).
Secondly most people have issues with WireFly because of their arcane rebate procedures (you can only send for your rebate after the 6 month and before the 7 month or else it is invalid)... since I've not yet reached 6 mth's I can't tell is they're gonna screw me or not 😛
But all in all.. its a good deal 'so ...

I would like to mention that buying online thru anyone, even our corp website can have problems. I try to recommend buying thru a store, just because nothing beats eye-to-eye contact and having someone to talk to...

I myself would prefer to buy at the store, but they have too much of a great deal online. So six months to wait for rebates? That sucks.I'm going to try them anyway, we'll see how it goes.
