Regular Keypad Smartphone... anyone?

Why do we no longer offer a regular keypad smartphone? Is there anyone else that likes them, besides me? I think the last good one that we offered was the 2125. I really enjoyed that phone. I also had the updated MPX220, which was solid. For some reason, I prefer the regular keypad with T9 over the qwerty.

Any thoughts?

I beleive that the demand for them has gone down. I seldom, if ever have heard this complaint before. I have had a few people say they prefer the regular keypad because it is easier for them to text while driving with one instead of the full keypad, but I don't think that argument will have too many manufacturers wanting to incorporate that idea.

I guess it was just me, then. I just would like to have a smartphone that's a little more compact. All of the (windows based) smartphones that we offer are pretty large, sans the Duo (which I'm not a huge fan of). I would've liked the N75, if it had come from Nokia untouched, but I think we all know that wasn't the case.

we do, it's the nokia n75... also, for all practical purposes its the same reason we don't offer qwerty phones that aren't pdas. greed.

If the 2125 and LG F9100/9200 are any indication of how well non-qwerty smartphones and qwerty non smartphones sell I see why they do not carry them anymore. The only thing that happened with those two phones is I still have some left unsold. It isn't greed, it was common sense.

YOu still have f9200's in stock?!? I actually had a customer ask for one a few weeks back. I thought of giving you a call, but I figured with the time frame on these.....why bother. I could use one....hehe.

All of my non-returnable FDC handsets I had in stock, went on ebay. I am getting about .85 cents back on the dollar versus agent cost with these auctions.

Now with these old phones....at least it would give you some more office space.....I've seen your office. You need it.

My office is no longer an office. I have room for my LT signed stuff and that is it.

BTW, got some E62, 8700 and 7130 from Go for a deal. Want some haha.

I hope you got those next to free. I'll call you on those 8700's tomorrow.
