seen her yesterday at my local store. Looks decent, feels solid...rep took it fresh out of box, did not put battery in it and fire it up cause i was in a rush...but prob would have let me. Like it but don't know about the $269.99 price tag!

I got mine the day it was released, it is pretty much like the v9, but I personally like the slider form factor more than the flip. Reception is great, as expected from Motorola, I can used it in places that my Blackberry Curve would constantly lose the signal. Speaker volume is also really good, I can hear all my calls loud and clear. The only call I have noticed that I couldn't hear well was with a friend that has a iPhone, and I never can hear him. I can't tell you whether or not GMail will work on it, but the Opera Mini, and Google Maps work great on it.
