Hi, It sounds like BJII has a problem with loose charger connection. The phone side plug to the charger seems to lose connection and has to be tapped to re-connect.
Have you guys seen this issue? Would AT&T Follow up with the manufacturer?

Get a warranty replacement. Not every BJII has this issue. I've never heard of it.

not if it wasn't bought on a new two year or from SchmeBay or some dude in an alley with a trunk full of phones 🙂

I was told that regardless of where they get the phone from, if the phone is under one year old and not damaged, that the exchange could be done.

p.s. I'm a warranty rep.

wow, that's interesting cause a warranty rep told me just two days ago that because a customer bought the phone from Schmebay that they were not eligible for a exchange. not trying to be a jerk but are we not on the same page? this is what really bugs me about ATT. no one really knows what is true. i hear one thing and you write another. i'm officially confused.

I feel your pain, as I went through that when I had Verizon; but I'm only going by what the powers that be told me. Ya know? They told my mother-in-law the same thing. She has a 3125 (the 2125, 3125 & 8125 have the same known issue). Next time, ask to speak with a supervisor.

Ebay.. Bloomdeal He is a power seller and has tones of AT&T's branded BJII. Not sure where gets all these phones. Tried Samsung's website, but the form I filled out claimed "Invalid Serial Number". The phone is genuine and works great... I have to charge it via USB.

Don't tell warranty where you bought it. If they ask don't tell them eBay.

I'm not showing thats a known issue with that phone...if the charging port is physically loose and damaged, it won't be covered under warranty. If its just a loose connection, it should be fine.

Warranties do transfer from person to person, so if it was bought off of e-bay and the original seller had it for less than a year, it will be covered under our warranty program.
