Is rollover still a lie?

i used to have cingular before and one time they charged me for every minute i used except for night and weekends even though i had like 400 rollover minutes does anyone actually get to use those minutes? at&t is full of greed

Did you contact your rep or customer service to have them fix that obvious error? Or are we not getting the whole story?

I have personally seen hundreds of people benefit from having rollover. I have also seen many who pay too much that need to move down.

So I guess to answer your question rollover is not and never was a "lie". It functions as intended quite well.

And you are full of stupid.

Roll Over works flawlessly. I have not had a single issue in 5 years. I'd suggest learning how to read your bill.

We had a couple high usage months recently. (Over 1000 minutes on a 550 plan and still have 1300 roll over minutes in the "bank" .

Not bad for two phones on a $59 a month plan.

Roll over works well for those on the lowest plans who don't live on their phones.

I also have never seen a problem with rollover in the 3 years I have worked with AT&T, no one has ever made a complaint about it, nor have they had a problem with the system for rollover not working correctly. You either used your rollover minutes or they expired. You accumulate your rollover on a month to month basis, it's called a "rolling period". So whatever minutes you accumulated in say February of last year will expire February of this year and whatever was accumulated in March will expire next March, they don't last forever. So you might have thought that you had rollover but they could have expired.

Yep you have a year to use those minutes rather then a month. Thats a good thing...
