Has the issue with the w580's keypad been addressed?
In late November, Cell One stores were advised that early models had an issue with the keys cracking. However, I have not seen or heard of any fix. It is just a flaw in the design. It is covered under the warranty though.

From the email we got it was addressed and corrected in future manufactured models. It was a while ago so don't quote me 100%.
