New Cingular Agent

Hello,

I just recieved a contract from Cingular to become an an exclusive agent. I was wondering if anyone has ever read the contract and if you seen anything that would worry you.

It is being sent to a lawyer but I just wanted to hear some opinions.

I read it but I need it intrepreted by someone in the legal field. It has alot of legal jargon. Smart ass.

Who shoved a stick up your butt? it was a legitimate question. A lot of people DON'T read contracts. Calm down.

What type of contract residuals did the agreement mention and what type of chargeback period does it mention?
