Can any ATTWS CS managers assist me?

When I signed up for my ATTWS plan, I was offered 60 additional anytmime minutes for life from the rep on my second and third lines. When I got my bill and view my minutes online, I see that the 60 additional minutes are in fact not for life but for 1 month. How can this be resolved?

Those would have been courtesy airtime minutes, and are only there for 30 days, then automatically removed, they are 1 time only.you don't get to keep them, they are 1 tie to help with usage, but if expect to have them every month, sdorry possible.

Either you misunderstood or they said it to get you off their line.

Actually it was offered to me in the retail Blue store. Is there anything that can be done?

Nope, there isn't they can offer 5000 fre minutes, and nights and weekends starting at 5pm, but theycan only deliver on what then ATTWS, now cingular can offer. there is no permenant 60 minute promotion, just 1 time only courtesy airtime promotion.

That can't be re-added either since if its been re-added previously.the system removes it.nothing can be done about it.

First of all, on a sharable plan. The courtesy minutes are only placed on the main line.If you want more minutes go to a higher plan you cheap bastard. This is not a charity where you can add more minutes for no extra money.

Bottom line is you are not getting anything extra.Either got to a higher plan, live what you have or migrate to a cingular plan with rollover, but either way you ain't gonna get any more minutes for what you have on this plan.

If you were acting like this in the store,i'd have have told you the same **** you were told by the other guy to get you out of the store.Don't be whiny. If you need more minutes, buy them.

Just when I thought you were responding like a professional, the real Debit shines through again. First of all you a$$, Dan717 is 100% correct about you. How do you speak to customers. I came here looking for aprofessional answer from an employee you bitter bastard. Why do you even work for Cingular if you hate your job. Go watch Office Space, maybe you would have a change of careers. And at the end of the day, Cingular and the customers would benefit from never hearing from you again.

I am not looking for anything more than what was promised to me upon signing up for service. If it was not promised to me, I would not cre and would be willig to pay for it.

i read the posts, you are like every other customer. how many times can debit say the same thing until you piss him off?
obviously, if you have it in writing that you get these minutes, you have a case, if you don't have it in writing you are out of luck.
simple.

The problem "WRATH", is that everday we have customer's coming in to Corporate Stores or calling our Customer Service centers demanding FREE minutes or Free service. While I don't doubt some of these calls are valid, the vast majority are not. It gets very old hearing customers demand free this and free that. While there are a number of Agents (indirect accounts), corporate store employees, and Customer Service reps who may provide incorrect information, they are a minority. Most employees who truly understand the systems and rateplans fully understand what options are available on what plans. The customer who demands bonus minutes on the TDMA/Legacy shared plans is not going to get them as they are just not available in the system for ...

You were misinformed. Have it out with the store if that's what the store reps promised you.

Unfortunately you can't. Those 60 Minutes are called CAM or Courtesy Airtime Minutes. The reps are limited to as what they can add to the plans by the computer. Because the stores operate on commission some of the tactics that are used to just get a sale. Most are not like this, but some are. I will add this... some of our reps, both internal and at the store were confused about the nature of CAM because from computer system it looks like its for the length of the contract and not just for a 30 day period. If anybody has any questions about ATT or Cingular you can ask me and not expect to get the rude answer that Mr. Debit has tendacies to post.

It honestly sounds like the retail reap misinformed you or could have possible lied. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done because these are not offers Cingular makes or upholds. I understand it was a blue rep and we are now under the same umbrella but we do not honor any offers of this nature. What you can do is go to the store where you were misinformed and advice that retail rep's manager as to what was promised... Though you won't get the minutes you can help prevent that rep from lying to another customer.
