Why does it seem like this time of the year brings out the worst in people? I mean I cant believe people think that because they have been with a company for a long time that they are entitled to be given the world by that company. Lets explain it this way something real easy for everyone to comprehend....say you have cable TV and you have this service for many years...and you pay bills religiously on time all the time, are they going to give a free month of service, are they going to get a free telivision set if yours stops working?
