question???....!!! unlock code
i got the unlock code for the cu400 LG .... but when i put i sim card from a different probider is just says insert sim..... ??.... so how im i suppost to put the code in?

It most likely needs to be unlocked BEFORE putting the other providers SIM in.

putting another providers SIM in is part of the unlocking process.
if the phone is displaying "insert SIM" that maybe a problem with the SIM card you are using (or the phone if no SIM cards work) otherwise:
1 Insert a non-AT&T SIM card.
2 Power on the phone - will display "Invalid SmartChip ".
3 At that screen, enter 159753#*# - phone will display "Enter NCK, Remaining 5".
4 Enter the 8 digit SIM Unlock code.
5 Select "OK" - the handset will be successfully unlocked.
if the code you have doesn't work after like 2 tries, i would stop. Otherwise if you use up all 5 tries, you will not be able to unlock that handset.
