Yeah, just as mad as I got when the same thing happened on t-mo, and verizon when I sold those services. Its because some people don't pay their bills which believe it or not includes cell phone bills.

I agree. Too many times a person tells me before I run their credit that they haven't paid their last carrier for months cause they "ticked them off". The problem is that no one is telling them that you have to pay for what you use. These pay as you go companies are scamming these people and they never fix their problems by paying off any outstanding debt. It wastes my time some days.
