Agents can do the same thing and if they know what they're doing they will have more FAN Availability. I spend alot of spare time in the ECVP looking for more discounts. COR stores are not the almighty god.

There, I fixed it for you.
BAN number, FAN number, CTN number, PIN number and any other combination of number to an acronym including the abbreviation for number is redundant and one of my pet peeves.
The reason a lot of stores don't do those discounts is because they change the retail cost of the phone before giving you the discount. I had a customer once who wanted to but a phone outright with her discount, and called up to place the order in my store. That didn't bother me because I'm an agent and we can't do those discounts. Well, they quoted her the a retail price of over $600 for a non-PDA phone, so with her discount of 50% the phone was still cheaper at our retail cost and she bought it from us.
