Exactly!! Its called a transfer of service. Basically what you do it the account holder has to initiate the phone call, verify all the account information and say "I, account holder, give so and so permission to have this line and its ok to do a T.O.S" Then they will want to to talk to whoever the phone number is going to, get their information, run a credit check, and opens the account in their name under their social, and its not your responsibility any more.
