Remember we make money off everything we sell, so push everything! Don't be afraid to ask for the sale because so many reps are and they lose money because of that!!

A simple "Did you want to go ahead and get this phone today?" is all you need! Customers need to be closed! When you talk to a customer a deal is made, either you close them or they close you. Which one will you pick?

What's the big deal with selling a data device without data service? And suppose I felt sorry for the rep and decided to tack it on for now. How long do I have to wait before canceling it so you guys don't get in trouble for "chargebacks."

depends on if it's a coorperate or an agent store. in our agent store you have 30days to cancel... after that you have to wait 180days before you lower your rate plan or cancel any features. if not you will be charged $100 for features or $250 for canceling your service.. ooor both.
