long hold times
Has anyone noticed that lately hold times for all departments is much longer than normal? I don't remember the last time I had to wait 15 min to talk to a care rep.

yeah, and you know even tho they have the long 2 minute iphone warning at the begining of the care call people still wait 15 minutes to get refered to an apple/cor store.

I had a customer tell me today that at&t should pay to reconnect his phone because he didnt know when his bill was due cause he never gets a bill...I just started laughing in my head and said sir its your responsibility to pay your bills on time. Then I asked him where he gets his mail. And I promise this is his true answer, "I dont know where Im supposed to get my mail, I never get mail" I died laughing...

when customers call i try and help them, but most of the time their calling to complain in which case i just file my nails.

I don't blame you. I text during long holding times.

I'm saying that normally there is never a problem. When I sold t-mo I had to wait sometimes too buddy. and why would I give up my free at&t service.
