nokia 3560 question

how come i cant find basic ring tones on my customers phone where are they???

The should be under profiles. Choose the profile and customize it. a list of ringing tones can be selected. the default is always the god awful nokia tune.

I use the "RoboNx1" ringer on my Nokia 3589. Annoys the hell outta people!
