reconnect fee
I am currently with another company and I forgot to pay my bill one month while I was in the hospital. I know this was my responsibility so I did pay the reconnect fee but it was $36.00 per line. I have 4 lines!!!! $148 dollars! sheesh kind of steep... what is the att reconnect fee per line?

AT&T is 25.00 per line, BTW VZW, if he had wanted to know VZW's recon fee he probably would have posted in the VZW forum

lol... umm, a LOT of VZW employees come on here (sometimes faking to be bitchy customers, sometimes just to insult AT&T, and other times because they are just plain dumb)... just deal with it.

I'm sorry guys. I was just mentioning our recon fee. Never hurts to have info. I don't try to mess with anyone. We are all in the same industry, even if we happen to be employed with seperate companies. We all deal with the same types of customers and problems.
