GRRRRRRRR................
okies im getting really frustrated with at&t cust care sending in cust that have at&t (even though i work in a former blue store) to come into the store to get a new at&t phone and sim cards........this is the 3rd time today i have told cust care we dont have either the phone or sim and no former blue store does in my market.....the 3rd pissed off cust today 😕

Well we in cus care could rant for hours and hours about the store reps who load up peoples accounts with all the little extras to pad their commission. If I had a dollor for every time I had to remove a feature that a STORE rep put on the acount with out the cus knowing them I think I'd beable to afford a new car now. So before you rant and rave about how 3 phone reps sent people to the store with misinfo (and yes I understand how frustrating it can be) think about us who sit on the phone for 8 hours a day listening to cus who were ripped off at the store

i completely understand that part as well.......i have never added on extras to cust accounts to pad my commission and that is probably why i also see alot of customers coming in pissed off bc they have crap on their account they didnt ask for
...
At least we can agree that misinformation sucks the big one
...
Me as a rep now, I just dont care anymore.
