ATT Reps(Two year contacts)

I thought you could only sign up for a two contact with att by them sending the contact by mail and I sending it back to them.Also know one year contacts can be done by phone.So if i never sign any two contacts by mail.Do I have two years or one?

There are two year contracts with AT&T that were done through an automated IVR over the phone as well. If you had not gone through the IVR or signed a contract they would revert you back to a 1yr. But they would also remove two year promos you are recieving and maybe backdate that througout that time period. For expample early evening, unlimited mobiletomobile, 10.00 off additional line, maybe extra minutes. These things are all things that would have required a 2yr depending on the time your contract started. The best bet would to call in and they can see if you did or did not agree to a 2yr or a 1yr.
