This sounds like the "Paramus,N.J" center that I work at. Y'know,the one on the East coast?And its NOT in the States. đ

MOst of the Canada call centers actually do show up as western washington in the systems.... Don't know if there actually is a western washington center though...
Have other departments other than Edmonton had troubles with Axys in the last couple days? at the end of the week last week, we were receiving errors whenever we tried to enter or process a number through Axys, but only on some stations.

India is identified as Western Washington. Last time I checked, they were definitely West of Washington, albeit SOUTHWEST...
