in order to take over one your lines on your account you will have to do an account split first, If you are on a family package, the line you split off will lose all promotions, since there are no more promotions anymore, and by altering it in any way, then you lose all promotions.

He can't put his go-phone number on it - that would not be an option, we don't offer it, never did.

For him to do financial responsibility, he would to be approved by credit check, if he no credit,it will require a deposit, generally $200.00-$400.00 cash to be held for 1 year.BTW if the contract you have on the line he wants is more then 1 year left on it, they will not approve it, in oder to go a change of FR, there has to be 1 year or less left on the cont...

Based on that, it will either approve you for change of financial liability, turn you down, or be pending based on deposit$200.00 up to $800.00, and you can Fax them proof of making the payments...

Well if you migrate to cingular, if you have a 2 year with att, and you hsave over a year left on the contract, you gotta take a 2 year contract again,if you have less then 1 year left on the att contract, you have a option of 1 year or 2 year.

The same policies apply for cingular with two differences

1)you can do a cofr with more then 1 year left on the contract, and

2)The new account holder if approved and does the cofr must pay a fee to complete the cofr.
